About Reiko

Hello everyone! :)

I am a qualified Complementary Natural Therapy Practitioner, and an owner practitioner of Tree of Life: Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Naturopathy & Reiki. My clinical experience includes working in my clinic, with a focus on stress management, preconception and maternity care, grief support, pain relief, mental well-being, and timeless beauty, as well as at hospices and a cancer centre.​ I love supporting people become the best versions of themselves through natural holistic lifestyles and nourishing food habits that promote optimal health and wellbeing! 

 

Originally from Japan, Australia is where I have lived the longest, and also called the Netherlands and England home. My unique perspectives have been formed by my diverse personal and professional experiences across these cultures, and through my studies in classical music and natural therapies. Personal challenges in my thirties such as the untimely loss of my husband to a rare disease, posthumous IVF attempts, and a miscarriage in London have shaped these experiences even more. To rebuild my life, I relocated back across the world to Australia and opened a reflexology clinic. I am currently studying a counselling course while healing from a work-related injury that has led to a "permanent impairment." All this said, "I am not what happened to me. I am what I choose to become." ;)

I enjoy travelling, going on walks and doing yoga, although limited mobility is a challenge at the moment. I also love gardening, cooking & eating delicious food, reading, watching films and listening to music!
